Anyone else get the bones just above the ankle rubbing together in pidasana when you bind your hands? Is there a remedy or do you just have to put up with the pain?

Hmm...I was taught to bring the heels close to the navel so that the feet tuck just into the crease where the torso meets the legs. Try flexing the feet a little into the body and see if it makes a difference. It might take some of the pressure off the legs.

I've felt that feeling before and it is not a good feeling.
