I too my first led Ashtanga class today, it was wonderful

For years, i took Hatha, Kundalini and most recently Power Vinyasa (which is my practice now) but I also wanted the foundation and order of Ashtanga, and I found a class at another studio (there are proper yoga studio in the city of Kingston). It was exhilarating lifting up from a modified supta kurmasana into tittibhasana! YAY! I can see the logic behind the sequencing already

I'm thrilled!

ok, so Power Vinyasa tomorrow and then another flow class Sunday

Divine!

i don't think there is any Mysore instruction in Jamaica. I'll have come to the states later this year for that
