Hi all

I just realised after replying to a link that some of you may find the following link useful ~

http://www.yogadotcalm.com/learning_docs/aym_us.pdf

This will give you a fairly detailed rundown of the Ashtanga Primary Series and the works, including bandhas, breath etc. The photos are quite good and the explanations given for each asana straightforward enough. And, most importantly of all, it's free!

Happy twisting, lads!

Om Shanti

Does Larry Shultz know you're posting his copyrighted TT manual on the web?

Hi there GreenJello

Hmmmmm, the manual was publicly accessible on the net to begin with so whoever made it available then certainly WANTED Ashtangis to use it. Otherwise what would be the purpose to link to the manual from other yoga websites?

I don't think it's against the copyright to link to the site where the material is. That's why all those sites that link to tv-series and movies can stay open, because they just provide the links to the copyrighted material.

If he had used the words and pictures and claimed them to be his own, that would be another story.
