1. I shall be giving a meditation workshop as
requested by the current Teacher Trainee. That shall
be at 4 p.m. on Sunday, 29th April. It shall be 3
hours including Question Answer session and a small
break. Please forward any questions related to
meditation that you shall like to be covered. This
workshop shall cover Theory, Practice, and
Question-Answers. Individual situation shall be
addressed during the actual workshop or after the
workshop, as necessary. Cost = 30 dollars. Place =
2410 Glengyle Drive, Vienna, VA 22181.
2. The current Teacher Training shall be over in a
week or two. I shall be starting the next Teacher
Training soon. For this purpose, a couple of meetings
shall be held with those interested in such a
training. The first of these meetings is on Monday,
23rd April at 6:30 p.m., 30 min only. Regular class
will be held at 7 p.m. Place = 2410 Glengyle Drive.
3. The Yoga Philosophy Workshop went extremely well.
And, I have made a good recording of it in a package
of 3 DVDs. I would highly recommend each of the person
who studied with me (and actually any other Yoga
Student) to obtain a copy of this package. I think it
is extremely beneficial for any sincere Yoga Student
to know the content of this video. I think I shall
price it 45 dollars including the shipping within
states or nearby, or $40 in person. If you need to get

4. Let us pray at least once for Peace for those
affected by the Virginia Tech incidence, including the
killer.
