| A couple of days ago, the web designers filmed my ashtanga led primary class for our website.
I don't know how the film will be modified or clipped, but when I find out I will direct you to our website and you can see me adjusting and leading the class. Even though there was a camera in the room, I wasn't nervous.
Cool huh?

I was telling them yesterday the same thing. It's kinda hard in a bikram studio where they encourage water drinking. One girl was drinking her water after the first couple sun salultes. Put her fire right out..

Neel? Thanks. But, I'm just an average guy. *funny story...My wife put my mother in law on the spot several years ago and said, "isn't Eric handsome." My mother-in-law said yea, he looks like that guy from ER.. I said, who George Cloney? and she said no Anthony Edwards...haha!
