Hi ShalamOM,

I think you've gotten some really good advice here, particularly from Tampa Eric and OrangeMat. I have found that the more inspired I am, the more inspiring (for lack of a better word) of an instructor I am. If you modify your style to try to suit others, and it doesn't really speak to you and feels inauthentic, you will be neither inspired or inspiring.

It is difficult to take over for another instructor. But what will happen is that over time, you will build your own following. Those that don't resonate with your style will fall away. But the key is to remain true to yourself.

It's so annoying when one person appoints herself the representative for "everyone." I probably would have gone even faster after what she said, but that's my own separate issue.

Good luck with this!

I think JackieCat is correct because she supports my point of view!
