unusual circumstances have brought me in like a magnet to her
It started with a plant (salvia) then a closed eye vision of a snake or worm. A circle with in circle going on forever a wormhole type thing, in my belly , my belly is made flesh and eyes lots of eyes they all looked at me at once. At that point i opened my eyes and saw that energy is going out from my feet to the top of my head its also connecting to everybody else's it like a Tesla coil theres a source that it all connects to.. then it hit me I'm energy as everyone els ...
I stopped with the plant after i did it twice..

know iv been doing the yoga It makes me feel sick sense the second time i tried it ..like my muscles twitch its because of my nervous system or something my right leg has it worse

question is there a way to control the twitching feeling? and is it normal ?

Walter,
Welcome to the forum.

“question is there a way to control the twitching feeling? and is it normal ?”

If you cannot control something, it is not normal in Yoga. I would stop these exercises and pay more attention to simple pranayma (anuloma viloma pranayma) without special energetic imaging. Also begin simple meditation to get awareness of a witness. This is direct and relatively safe way to Self. I had experience with Kundalini and can say that without very experience teacher ( that is rarity) it will destroy your body and mind.

Good luck.

Walter,

How did you get in touch with Salvia (Divinorum, I presume)? Sounds like you are playing with fire.

Don't.

You are treading on -very- dangerous ground and unless you know exactly what you're doing and proceed very cautiously and patiently, she can very swiftly destroy your mind and body.

If you are serious in finding out what's behind all this, then find proper guidance.
It is a long and hard road to walk. Don't try to walk it all alone.

causing muscle spasms I mostly feel it in my face
and on top of my head.

the good news is I think I found a teacher
that lives 45min from me so thats not bad
I have yet to met him but he is supposedly a master
from India . anyway thanks for reading any comments fell free thnx

===> Whether it is normal or abnormal is to be decided by you. There are people who feel it is normal to sweat in 100+ degrees to feel better later. I think you might mean: whether it is common. That depends on how one does it. So, I suggest, you learn from an instruction from a teacher since in a way you are trying to obtain such an instruction on the board. But, I admire your interest and practice.
