Subject: Colorado Ashtanga Website

Hi all! I don't read this board often, but I wanted to share some information with my fellow ashtangis. I've started a new blog for ashtanga yoga practitioners and teachers to share information about ashtanga in Colorado. We would like to list as many classes, workshops, and other events of interest to ashtangis as possible! Other uses might be creating self-practice groups, organizing carpools to workshops, sharing relevant websites, etc. We are lucky enough to have two certified teachers in Colorado (Richard Freeman and Annie Pace), but I *know* there are other classes, teachers, practice groups, etc. that are not easily found so I wanted to provide a forum for people to share that information.

The URL is http://coloradoashtanga.wordpress.com

Your contributions are very welcome — please email me at yogagumbo (atsign) gmail (dot) com if you have suggestions, links, or other information to share! And please do forward the info to anyone who might be interested!

Hi Yogamum,

Thanks for the link.

Richard Freeman is very good. Do you practise with him often?

Unfortunately I don't get to his studio very ofter as I live too far to make it a regular thing, but I've enjoyed the times I've practiced there!
