| I was reading some on the kapha, vata, and pita cycles during the day and would like to get more information on it and also have a question
it says Ideally you want to go to bed around 10 and wake up an hour before sunrise, what about in extreme north or south climates when the days become really long or short, does this have an effect on the cycles and how you should abide by them? for instance, I was in costa rica and if I go to bed at ten and wake up at 4, which is an hour before sunrise I get 6 hours of sleep
but here in florida I could go to sleep at ten and wake up at 6 and that would give me eight, how does that come into play? |
