| I went in to see my surgeon today, and in between yoga discussions (several of the OR nurses are my students and have been bugging him to start) he tells me I am officially finished with the main part of my recovery and can now go ahead and practice anything I like, assuming it doesn't hurt. He said "your body will tell you if you have gone too far and then you just have to back off a bit." Hmmmmm.....seems I have heard that somewhere before!
