I am going on vacay for a week and I want to netflix a yoga video to keep up my practice while I am away. I love me a hard vinyasa class. Any suggestions?

THis board is funny. I was looking for suggestions, as in if anybody had any experience with videos and could recommend one to me.

The nature of the original question is directly proportional to the nature of the replies.

I like all that Gordon lists.. as well as Shiva Rea- her Wave Motion DVD (or something similar- I can't remember the name exactly) is quite challenging. Although, OP, it really depends on what you mean by "hard"- I don't know your experience level.

if you can work with audio recordings, one of the classes available on my web site (which you can download to an Ipod, etc) is particularly challenging. it's labelled as being "the most challenging" of the three listed. it's a vinyasa class.

all three of them are fun, but one is particularly hard because of all the arm balancing.

just a thought.
