You're looking for poses and specific yoga exercises to alleviate your tight shoulders and back, right? You can start by doing some of your own research at yogajournal.com to determine exactly how you need help. Go to http://www.yogajournal.com/search.cfm and type in "tight shoulders" in the search field. That should give you enough information to hold you a while. Just don't slouch while you sit and read at the computer!

Er... Gordon.. Is that your sense of humour I see?
OM, thanks for your suggestion. As I was reading your respond, I had guilty/automatic reaction and had to straighten my back.

I would practise cowface arms, eagle arms and reverse namaste regularly throughout the day.

That works for me.
