OK - I saw a YogaKids VHS tape in my dollar store for tres cheap and decided to give it a try. Very cute! Aside from some minor quibbles (why do people persist in calling the lion the king of the jungle when they live in the plains??? ) and a bit of surprise (wow - she showed headstand!) I really quite liked it. The kids are incredibly cute, of course. Since that tape was made in the mid 90's, they must all be teenagers by now I will certainly pass this on to my fellow early childhood teachers and recommend it to parents.

I purchased a YogaKids tape back in the mid-90's. I personally was only able to sit through a few minutes of it. My four-year old son however loved it and would pick the tape out on his own to play and follow along. Years later I took a 3-day training with Marsha Wenig and was very impressed with her system(and her as well.)

AK - yes, I really only watched it all the way through because I felt I should. Some of the music was a bit sappy, but in preschool world you get that a lot! A parent book/video would be nice, perhaps.
