Today is the first day of the Ganesh Chaturthi (one of the most popular Hindu festivals) which celebrates the birthday of Lord Ganesha.

Today is a wonderful day to renew your spiritual resolve and to pray to Lord Ganesha for the spiritual strength to attain success in all your projects and remove all the obstacles that stand in your spiritual path.

Om Shree Ganeshaaya Namah.

Our local temple had 3 hour puja with Vedic Style Fire Ceremony called Shree Ganesh Homa. My Yoga School shall celebrate the festival next weekend. I shall be releasing three Audios, one of them is Instructional Chanting, whcih shall begin my Instructional work in Chanting area, in a way more than the past. Also, next Saturday, small kids (5 to 8 years old) shall completely conduct Shree Ganesha Puja including prayers, Vedic Mantras, etc. in the local temple. They shall do everything, including explaning meaning of all prayers in English. That is going to be interesting.

That sounds wonderful Neel.

The Southern Indian Temple in Dubai held the Shree Ganesh Homa yesterday.

In a few days they will parade the statues to the sea.
