Help with a name of a pose!!

Subject: Help with a name of a pose!!


Hey all...
I can't, for the life of me, remember this pose.... I'll try to describe it...

It almost looks like a downward dog- but from your knees-- you are on your knees, your back is in the same extension as dd, your chin is on the ground- face is forward- arms stretched out in front of you, butt up in the air...

Anyone??

I think this is it... from the pics I can find.. the only difference is that your chest is on the ground too- but only if you can get it down there.. Thanks!

I use it in back bending sequences sometimes.

Do NOT do this pose during your pregnancy.

Sorry, I can not explain that in short. For that you have to attend my Tearcher Training. But, in your particular case, as I have already seen you, and know you, etc, I wanted to give my input unsolicitated.
