Subject: Vinyasa


I am looking for Vinyasa DVD that is not Power Yoga and would run for 60mnts. If anyone knows please let me know.

Just do sun salutations for an hour. Pretty much same thing! good luck

You can also add in some inversions, standing asanas, backward bends, forward bends, balancing where you want. Just pay attention to good sequencing rules. Also, don't neglect side bending poses or arm balances. Play with it!

Try this.....Sun salute A, sun salute B....warrior II, warrior I, warrior II, parsvakonasana, parsvakonasana II, trikonasana, ardha chandrasana, warrior III, shoot through, repeat other side. Pincha Mayurasana (a fun asana, but not true yoga)

i don't really know what you mean by "vinyasa yoga that is not power yoga?" a lot of things called vinyasa yoga are called power yoga interchangably. . .and there's no difference between the two.

are you looking for one that excludes particular postures? or particular sequences?

otherwise, basicly what has already been said will work.

Zoe, I don't think she cares about the asanas, just about the time...60 min/1 hour time span.
