Subject: question

I'm wondering what would be a good source of food for high energy and stamina? (of course sugar and caffein isn't considered good). I would've posted this under food and nutritions but this part of forum seems more frequent for someone to give me some insight. Thanks.

Any source of food is ONLY as useful as one can digest and internalize it in their system. Otherwise, the source itself is helpless.
