Did anyone attend the Ashtanga Intensive of the colorado conference for yoga journal?
anyone have any reviews of it or something?

I didn't go because I was a little concerned about the high elevation.

That was probably wise, Eric. Friends who went a few years ago to see BKS were wiped out from the transition from sea level to up in the clouds!

When I was in my 20s I hiked up and down mountains in Colorado, but I'm not a young man anymore.

Florida is so flat. I think the highest point in the whole state is just 400 above sea level.

My house sits only 40 feet above sea level.

I hope this global warming tend is just a fluke.

Me, too! I live in earthquake/tsunami land. I'll be fine if I am at home, but work and teach only a couple of hundred feet from the ocean
