Our senior teacher is "senior". She is 76. She doesn't demo as much as she used to, but when she does - wow


my senior teachers are senior also... ranging from mid 50's to mid 70's.

But at our Iyengar place, the looks range from gorgeous thin woman to gorgeous voluptuous women to beautiful dancer men, to beautiful old guys. Young and old alike - but most of us are on the better side of 30

The Iyengar uniform is typical, though. No pretty flowy pants, just tights or shorts or rolled-up yoga pants. Gotta be able to see the knees!

my teachers are also all over 60. Beryl, Dharma, and Bobbie. Bobbie, btw, isn't famous. but she's very good and very cool.
