Subject: Lucid Dreaming Equipment

I am sure most people are aware of 'lucid dreaming.' It is very exciting, but not all of us can do it. In fact, it's virtually impossible. Are there any reliable equipments we can use to make this happen? Has anyone tried any?

I am very much interested in a 'shortcut', cuz it sounds more exciting than computer games and the like. It's even better than meditation, in that there's no sense of boredom, only adventure.

Please do share your experiences.

Suresh
