| Of course chakras are very real, I am always working with the chakras in my healing. If you just allow your base energy to ride up and then just be very open in love, heart opens. Good idea think on God. Then it happens. |

| The Chakars are not non existent. They are actually the various glands in the body.
But like what most people say in the posts , I don think there needs to be any special effort on this one. Just keep doing your practices and things will fall into its place. I suggest you read knowledge like Patanjalli Yoga sutra and astavakra geeta as and when you are doing your yoga.
