Subject: Pulled Hammie

Hi! New here.

I did my regular practice yesterday as usual and I also did my daughters Silly to Calm yoga with her. I have dance on Tuesdays (I am a bellyance instructor) and I usually take the whole day doing my practice and stretching through the day. I am pretty sure I didn't stretch as much as usual yesterday as we got busy, but I did still warm up with the class as usual as well. I still managed to pull my hammie. I have been using Arnica on it and applied a warm rice bag but its still hurting a great deal.

Any suggestions?

Go to sleep and sleep and sleep. And, do not eat and drink water only.
