| Hello dear yogis,
I recently found this forum, I practice yoga for 3 years, I experience wonderfull things, find new meaning of my life and lot of other things... And become adicted to yoga
Anyway, I have a question. One of my favorites asanas combination is TIBETAN SUN SALUTATION. Unfortunatelly, we do it so rarely in yoga clases. At the moment I am not able to attend classes, so I practising yoga at home. Does anyone knows asanas sequence for TIBETAN SUN SALUTATION? I tried to find in internet but was unsucsessfulll...
Namaste

Perhaps because there really is no such thing and that the American person who designed the sequence, didn't write a book or write the sequence down.

It is the seated suryanamaskar, apparently:
TIBETAN SUN SALUTATION
This is the version my grandmother uses, tho' never heard it called Tibetan---perhaps in reference to the sukhasana?

| Hello Brigita,
Are you by any chance referring to the Tibetan Rites?

| thank's to everybody, I have been already found the link "yoga bear" reffered, but that's not realy taht what I need. I'll have to go to my teather and ask, because it's not started from Sukhasana... And it is not five tibetan rites...Now I think maybe it's a kind one of many variations of surya namaskar... Don't know wjy the teather calls it tibetan... |

| Are you talking about Geshe Micheal Roche's Tibetan Heart Yoga? |
