Subject: Teacher train in India?

Hi there,

I'm taking a sabatical next year and I want to head to India to take some teacher training.

Can anyone suggest a reputable ashram to investigate? This is my first teacher training, and I"ve been practicing for a few years. I'm lookin for a well rounded education, with no specific disapline in mind.

Any thoughts?

There are many reputable institutions in india offering yoga teachers training courses
1.Bihar school of yoga (www.yogavision.net)
2.vivekananda yoga institute ,bangalore (www.vyasa.org)
3.Krishnamachari yoga mandiram (www.kym.org)
4.Yoga institute ,santacruz,Bombay(www.yogainstitute.org)
5.Kyvalyadhama yoga institute ,Lonavala (www.kdham.com)

Dear Sy: This is what I suggest. You try to meet a person who has taken a particular tt from a particular institute. Have a chai with them. And, discuss to see whether that would be something you like to do.
