Heard of him or taken his classes?

He's trained by Baptiste and offers a HELL of a workout while staying soft, accessible and charming at best. Ive only been able to take his classes through the podcasts he offers out of his studio, but it's the next best thing to being there. And after 11 years of practice and a recent bout of inspiration-lack, his power yoga classes have helped to breath new life into my practice. I feel consistantly great and in my heart.
If you want a great workout, google this guy and find his podcasts.
Amazing stuff!

No....totally not. You're WAY boring and VERY unenlightened, so save your breath, Mr. Mundane!

While I trained with Baron in 2001 I no longer teach or practice in that style so I thought it best to keep my comments to myself. Something my mother once said.
