I've known people to get taller after doing yoga a while, but we're not talking inches and I don't think going into a class with the goal of getting taller is something to shoot for. You want a well rounded class, not try to focus on poses that might make you taller. It's all connected.

Yoga is slow process...So i am not agree with your thought. I think hard exercise is more beneficial to grow height. If you are elder than 20 than you can go with yoga but if your age is under 20 than Bicycling, swimming, running are more useful for you.

Practicing yoga for height growth helps in increasing the metabolic rate of the body and enables higher production of the hormone from the pituitary gland, which helps in growth. Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) helps in stretching the midsection of the body and elongates the body from the region of the stomach. It also helps in relaxing the muscles of the side and back. This tension becomes a hindrance to growth, but with regular practice of the yoga for height increase you can relieve the tension. Yoga stretches your body, especially your back, through its full range of motion. This helps your body fully decompress from the downward pressure of gravity that causes you to actually shrink.

If you are still younger than 20 or so than - maybe. If you are older than that then no. Once your bones have fused you will get do taller. Yoga is great for you for other reasons so keep it up.

Yoga has nothing to do with increasing height. Consult a medical professional for this.
