| I've known people to get taller after doing yoga a while, but we're not talking inches and I don't think going into a class with the goal of getting taller is something to shoot for. You want a well rounded class, not try to focus on poses that might make you taller. It's all connected. |

| there is something called Tad Asana...you should try it, it is the best exercise to increase height |

| Yoga is slow process...So i am not agree with your thought. I think hard exercise is more beneficial to grow height. If you are elder than 20 than you can go with yoga but if your age is under 20 than Bicycling, swimming, running are more useful for you.

Location: Hawaii | If you are still younger than 20 or so than - maybe. If you are older than that then no. Once your bones have fused you will get do taller. Yoga is great for you for other reasons so keep it up. |
