Subject: Shoulder Separation

In August I had a type 5 shoulder separation that needed surgery to repair. I am now in my third month of PT and am feeling stronger. My range of motion is still limited (I cannot lift my left arm over my head yet).

I have been able to do some poses, but I do not think I am ready to attend a class.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of injury/surgery.
Also, if anyone can recommend poses that will help with the flexibility of my shoulder.

Thanks!

I have worked with people of this kind. I can only help in private person to person class. I am in Virginia. You can find others who can definitely help you. But, I doubt whether such a help can be given without seeing you in person. It is almost the same as getting PT without going to a PT.

Clever name, Sy - did you by chance get injured falling off a bike?

I am avid cyclist, but my injury happened body surfing in the Atlantic.
