Subject: New york city yoga

HEY EVERYONE!!!!!

So here goes I’m going to NJ for two weeks to visit friends of mine. But i know that am going to have some downtime when they go to work. I’ll be staying in Northern New Jersey about 15min from NEW YORK CITY and I wanted to attend some Yoga class does anyone know of any that are good or ones that bc its New York I have to go?? Also i don’t have to stay in Manhattan i can do Soho or Brooklyn as well. i would just love to attend a class in NYC i bet is really Cool !!!

What is your style of practice?

What is the purpose of asana for you?

It is only with these things that I could recommend something other than mere opinion, which obviously would only suit me, not you.

i love Integral.hatha,ANUSARA,Stretch yoga i like staying in the poses and deep Meditation also i would to try Kripalu-Inspired Flow never done it !! want to give it a try !!!

Not into Power yoga or Ashtanga

Have done Bikram ones didnt know if i liked it or hated i can give it another try
