| Do you like power yoga?
Because ive found a fantastic teacher online, and it's free. His name is Phillip Urso and he has about 37 or so podcast classes available, all Baptiste power vinyasa yoga and most are 90 minutes with the exception of the "bootcamp" practices and a couple of "hour of power" classes.
I find he's a quality teacher who makes for a super fun class. He's quite chatty, but it's usually interesting and/or funny and endearing. But i usually end up zoning out on the practice which IS challenging, but i have consistantly felt great after taking the classes.
