Subject: MEMORY


Hi all,

I have problem that some times i forget things
when i am talking my mind goes blank and i forget what i am asking
some times i forget where i left my things.I want to know some asnas
wich help me to improve my memory is it possible by meditation

Atif: Asanas do not imrove memory. Meditation does, but only if it is done with a proper context. PM me. I need to know lots of things, mostly private.

This may improve by adding more root vegetables to your diet.

I just have a feeling (NOT as an expert!) that forward bending asanas with forehead resting on the floor or on a prop, somehow improve/help the memory a little bit, only by at least relaxing/clearing your mind.
