So I was wondering is there/are there any poses that really stick and show off what a nice bum you have?

Why almost no one is taking this seriously is that the vast majority of people who take and teach yoga don't think of the poses in this way, because we have learned this could not be further from the point of the poses. One of the purposes of yoga is to realize that who you are is so much more than the size of your boobs, bank account, or friends list on MySpace.
If you really want to see photos of poses that show off your butt there's actually a segment of the porn industry that has "yoga porn" (wish I were kidding) that is your best bet. In fact, when I read your post, I thought you were in the porn industry trying to get us to give you new ideas for your photo shoots (and maybe you still are, who knows).
If you really want to have a great butt, take belly dancing instead because in my experience with both disciplines it focuses more on those muscles. Suhalia Salimpour, a master dancer and teacher, has more articulation in her gluteus muscles than any other woman alive (okay, I'm exaggerating). But don't be surprised if your belly dance teacher discusses the cultural and spiritual significance of belly dance rather than just tell you what's the best way to look hot for someone else. |

| I'm not trying to brag but I have a great bum, lot's of people have commented on it but I want to have a little especially special stuff to SHOW it off. I have what's needed for a great butt but I was hoping for some poses to make it look better or poses to show off to the man |

| Okay, Here's what you do. THis pose won't make your butt be bigger- but I think the real question you have is what pose will show off your butt? Right? Here it is:
DO Shoulder stand- google it, then do plow pose- google again. then in plow pose, bend your knees and wrap your arms around the back of your knees- and then BAM!!! big Bootylisciousness right in your man's face!!
Also their is a GREAT pose pronounced Hada- pasana.
Or Headup ass ana!!
