Subject: help

Hi,

I received a (legitimate I believe) tantric massage yesterday, which involved some aspects of awakening kundalini energy. But I don't think it happened correctly for me, as rather then circulating positive energy, it has brought out ALOT of negative energy, and has left me feeling extremely depressed, to the point of where I am questioning everything and completely overwhelmed. How do I get past this? I'm feeling very desperate, and not sure if this will pass on it's own :(

Thank you,

Rich

well, i would talk to the person who gave you the massage to see what the deal is.

i know that with some forms of energy work (i have no idea what tantric massage is and how to determine whether or not it's "legitimate"), once energy is released, there is a "bubbling up" and then it calms and settles down.

therefore, people feel all sorts of discomforts at all sorts of levels of being, but it should settle down within 24 hours.

if it hasn't, then it would be a good idea to follow up with the practitioner.

Unfortunately the person has made it clear not to contact her and that she will not reply to my emails. Apparently her rule is 'no attachments' and that includes any discussion on a personal afterwards. But it was the most passionate thing I have ever experienced, so I'm taking it especially hard :(

Ha ha. Believe me. You shall pass his for sure. That is once you let it go. To let it go, ignore that incident and take up another lesson from an experienced teacher and practice accordingly.

Rich - I am getting the impression that this was beyond what the average person would consider "massage"? I am not sure if I want to hear the answer or not...
