Therapuetic Body Dialogue through Yoga

A psychotherapy yoga retreat with Thomas Larkin

@ The Dharmahouse, southern France

September 10th- 15th 2008

This retreat will be led in English.

Participants will engage in yoga classes and meditation sessions that will involve open dialogue and exploration of what has come to our awareness in a safe and confidential environment. This retreat would benefit yoga teachers, yoga practitioners who want to add an extra dimension to their practice, psychotherapists considering how the body informs their practice and those who just wish to know more about themselves.

Cost (includes 3 vegetarian meals a day):

€300 indoors / €250 camping
