Subject: Weekend Yoga & Hiking Retreat

Inspired Yoga (inspiredyoga.com) is hosting a Weekend Yoga & Hiking Retreat at the Claymont Retreat Center from April 18-20. Join Kyra Sudofsky on an invigorating weekend in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.

The weekend will include yoga practice with Kyra, combined with a hiking excursion and picnic lunch in Harper's Ferry. There will be ample time to relax in the wood-stoked sauna or take a dip in the fresh water spring. Rejuvenate your spirit, make new friends, and reconnect with nature on a weekend escape....

Those interested should register quickly, as the retreat is expected to fill up quickly. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your place.
