Hello - -I noticed that when I kept a regular yoga or workout routine -- meaning same time every morning and/or same time every evening the same amount of days per week -- that my body AND mind reacted much better to the exercise and my stress level got reduced. I do think half of the stress is trying to fit it in -- but when a tried/and true routine works out -- voila. I found an interesting article in my husband's men's health that is posted on a site:
