| OM OM OM Many Blessings Hello from Leela Mata Peaceful Valley Ashram near Clarion, PA. We are writing to introduce ourselves and reach out to the yoga community to help us grow, explore, teach, learn, and share. We have many upcoming workshops we are excited to be offering. Below is more information about the ashram and the workshops. We are very pleased to announce our Introduction to the Practice of Thai Yoga Massage from May 30th to June 1st with Paul Cramer from Canada. Paul teaches with much love, compassion, and humor. Namaste Leela Mata Peaceful Valley Ashram Nourish the heart, mind and soul! The goal of this class is to give a 1 h Thai massage with confidence. Thai massage is a healing system that combines deep massage with stretching along with acupressure of energy lines which relieves deep rooted tension and stress, relieving the recipient feeling invigorated and refreshed. Fee $ 275 (all inclusive: accommodation, meals, 10 h tuition) Through this workshop you will learn new ways to give nurturing intentional touch with Thai massage. This hands-on course will provide you an opportunity to learn within a group the foundations of giving a complete Thai massage that will prepare you to: • Create an atmosphere for massage • Perform a full-body, 60 min Thai Massage session • Provide a massage that is smooth and flowing while safe for both you and your partner • Utilize intentional touch and awareness • Integrate "Metta" (compassion) and meditation into your massage Note: There are no prerequisites for this course and all are welcome. We do advise that you feel comfortable working in a kneeling position for some time. About Paul Paul is a practitioner of Traditional Thai Massage and has been teaching internationally for over 4 years. His practice stems from a deep appreciation for the Thai culture and healing practices. He has been studying yoga for over 7 years and promotes a collaboration of the two healing systems. Paul’s inspiration comes from different sources: his many teachers and students, most notably, the teacher within.
