Subject: Ashtanga Yoga in Ibiza

Updogdowndog Ashtanga Yoga will be running two retreats this summer in Ibiza. Dates are 6-13 and 13-20 July 2008. These are not "yoga holidays" in a shi-shi villa, but an opportunity to really get into the Ashtanga practice in a tranquil rural retreat centre where you can tune into Ibiza's special energy and really get away from it all. If you're serious about your yoga or want to get more serious, these may well be the retreats your looking for. Don't worry, the organisers aren't "holier than thou", you're still allowed to have fun as well. There's plenty of time to explore Ibiza when you're not doing yoga.
