	hello everyone i have been doing kundalini yoga for bout 2 weeks i love it i get up early every morning to my dvd its lose weight feel great by ana and ravi has anyone else done this dvd my question is can you really lose weight doing this yoga or this dvd i have noticed that my stamina has gone up in just 2 weeks i ran 4 miles i have never been able to run far before has anyone lost weight doing kundalini yoga i love my dvd i have always got bored after a while but this one i actually think i will do forever i love it and i feel so great for the rest of the day

	Weight loss is good, but that's not what KY is oriented around.

	Of course it's great if you lose weight & gain physical strenght with Kundalini yoga, but Kundalini yoga is about awakening the divine Shakti power. This power within your body is the sleeping Kundalini serpent.
