Subject: Ashtanga Yoga Research Institu

I'm planning to study in the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute, Mysore in the upcomming spring. It's a little bit scary to travel that far by my own for a few months. Anyone wants to join me?

Dear A:

1. If you are scared of doing Ashtanga Yoga Style of exercise or research, etc. then I can not help you much. May be you should not do it then.

2. But, if you are scared in a social way, please do not. You will enjoy it fully. When you get there, I shall get you some local friends that shall make your life very comfortable. In fact, you will find it more friendly than anywhere in USA. And, soon you shall forget your scare. Be open to local people.
