Subject: Yoga Space in NoHo Arts!

Hey, what's up everyone!

I'm about to open up a multi-purpose gym in the North Hollywood Arts District in California, and have some open time spots for rent. So if you or your yoga program needs a great space to gather, I might just have the perfect spot for you.

The gym is 1600 sq feet, all matted, on Lankershim Blvd. It is spacious and clean, the perfect place to have a small group gather, or to launch your own program without breaking the bank!

I'm also looking for qualified teachers that would like to be a part of our excellent staff for early morning classes.

I'll try to accommodate pretty much any request, and we have plenty of good time slots available also. Rates start at $150 per month, depending on your time slot and quantity needed per week.
