Subject: Self practice in Cardiff


I am considering moving to Cardiff and wanted to know if there is a regular ashtanga/self practice scene? I am coming from London, so obviously know that it wont be quite the same but I cant seem to find any self practice classes....

I know that cardiff uni has a yoga society.. so it might be worth contacting them (try google? or I think theres a group of theirs on facebook) and see what they know is in the local area?

I am presuming that you are talking about Cardiff, Wales and London, England, not Cardiff, Ontario, Canada and London, Ontario, Canada? Or London Kentucky, Ohio, Texas or Alabama, which apparently has two Londons? I couldn't resist! We did have someone come here once and ask us to help her find a class "downtown" without listing city, state, province, country or anything, so giving us Cardiff and London was actually pretty helpful compared to that. Hope you find a class!
