Subject: Need Recommendation - Teacher's Training Program

Hi All,

I live in the Bay Area in California (Sunnyvale) and I am exploring institues that offer a Yoga Teacher's Certification.

If you have any information on which studios/institues have the best programs please let me know. I'm looking for a 200 hr program. I'm more interested in Hatha yoga. I'm willing to drive upto 50 miles for a best recommended program.

Many thanks.

Hi yogi2010 - who do you currently study yoga with? What is his/her recommendation?

my recommendation--if you do not study with someone currently--is to go to every studio in your area that offers a training program and find one that you like. then, practice there for at least a year, if not two, and THEN take the teacher training program.

good luck!
