I'm considering their teacher training and I am looking for some books and videos (the ones they recommend or are prerequisites) and wondering if anyone wants to sell theirs.

Books:
Richard Faulds, Kripalu Yoga: A Guide to Practice On and Off the Mat (Bantam Books)
Susi Hately Aldous, Anatomy and Asana (Functional Synergy Press)

Or, one of the following videos:
Kripalu Yoga Dynamic with Stephen Cope
Kripalu Yoga Gentle with Sudha Carolyn Lundeen
