Subject: Daily practice

Hello,
I have practiced yoga off and on for awhile. In the last 5 years i have developed a daily practice. After finding Ashtanga yoga 3 years ago i practised it now and again but wasn't uninspired by the teacher and injured myself.
After my last trip to India I met an ashtanga teacher whom i enjoyed practising with. I practised 6 days a week the full primary series each day for a month. I have never felt so good about any other style of yoga before.
Since coming home I've made the primary series my sadana. 6 days a week except moon days and 3 first days of the monthly cycle.
I don't have a proper ashtanga teacher where i live and am surviving on David Swensons Manual. However, I don't feel like this is enough as I am unsure in certain postures whether to inhale or exhale. I read "Moola Bhanda" the master key but still bandhas are quite new to me and i feel a lift in the perenial area and am left with doubts.
Are there any books/videos out there that i should have?

Peace.

Matthew Sweeney's book "Ashtanga As It Is" 3rd Edition is excellent.
