Subject: meditation and confidence

Can meditation make you lose your phobias? For example, if your afraid of talking to girls can meditation make you more social? Marijuana and drugs make you social but can meditation be an effective cure?

If you have a phobia, marijuana tends to trigger the phobia because it makes you more sensitive to your feelings and state of mind. Not many people seem to understand that smoking this stuff can actually cause mental distress if you're prone to a personality ''disorder''. Meditation doesn't have the same adverse effects, it doesn't alter your personality but makes you more aware of who/how you are. The ladies certainly seem to like a guy who is in tune with himself, so yes, it can boost your popularity. It can also be something to talk about of course.
