Wanted to let you know that I have a pu together a no-cost site on how to grow up to 3 inches through stretching exercises naturally. Yogo is indeed part of this method. So if you are interested, its a great read.
It also contains a program I highly recommend if you want to take it furthr and gain up to 3 inches in less than 6 weeks.

If you take your hand and start "stretching" your penis, it really will grow about three inches (but go back to its original size shortly after you stop "stretching").

| I find it a very big (and suspect) claim that you can grow three inches in 6 weeks from anything. Just standing up straight will make you "taller". Since with age, gravity and lack of exercise each disk can shrink up to 1 millimeter, you can lose several inches of height with age. Since after the age of about 20 your inter vertebral disks no longer have a blood supply to exchange nutrients and waste products, these activities must be done by movement of the spine. Since yoga asana practice moves the spine in all directions and therefore aids in disk health, they do not dry out and shrink as fast and there is minimal height loss with age. |

so what, you're offended by any discussion of penises, or of the idea that they can become longer by natural or artificial means?
you can keep those extra inches if you practice penile stretches regularly.
girth, too!
but as usual, these exercises are best learned from a qualified teacher.

On this forum we men put up with (or enjoy, as the case may be) and respect long discussions about the trials and tribulations of various sized breasts, what under and outer garments to wear, yoga during periods, what to do about vaginal "flatulence" when coming out of poses like shoulderstand and many other female topics. We men would only like equal time alloted to our penises without cries of "horrible" and "disrespectful". Where is the mutual respect? Where is the sense of humor? |

| Lature's grow tall method includes using gravity boots. Never use Gravity Boots unless you want to injure your knees. I had to learn this the hard way. The knee was not made to withstand the stress put on them in this direction. But go ahead and try them- like I did and then regret it like I do. |

I took a look, and I've been doing all of it except the gravity boots for years. I'm still 6', so about the only thing I could see this fixing is people with poor posture. I'm hoping to see the MythBusters do an episode on it, but I don't see anything for them to blow up, or set on fire, so it seem unlikely.
