Hi everyone. I am currently doing a 200 hour, one year long, TT program in Hatha yoga. I was wondering if there are any others out there who'd like to chat, share thoughts, provide support, etc.? My class if full of great people however I realize that every TT is different and I always enjoy hearing about other people's experiences.

Right now I am a bit overwhelmed with the amount of reading that I have to do! Our course work is always a great deal of work but right now we are focusing on anatomy and that is just not something that I learn easily. One of our books, Anatomy of Hatha Yoga by H. David Coulter, is so detailed that one of my friends who is an MD said that it was making her have flashbacks to her first year anatomy classes from medical school. Seriously however, while it is amazingly detailed, it is really difficult to slog through. At the same time, I really am learning lots too so I guess its worth it.

So 4 months down, only 8 months left!
