| The workshop is held by Leonid Lanin, who is a Russian authorized teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (AVY)*, and a certified teacher of classic hatha-yoga, who has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. Since 2004 Leonid Lanin has been regularly studying AVY in Mysore, India, under guidance of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sri Sharath Rangaswamy, and at Lino Miele’s workshops in Kovalam.

In the afternoon/evening: practice of AVY in Led classes (as an additional option)***/information about theory and practice of AVY
* Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is commonly referred to as a physical and dynamic form of yoga, as a sequence of asanas (postures), vinyasas, conscious breathing and concentration.
** In contrast to led classes, the Mysore style class is silent, the students are doing their own sequence of asanas at their own pace and there are a lot of one to one physical adjustments conducted by the teacher.
*** In the Led class all students practice the primary series following the counting of the teacher.
