Subject: Asana Pranayama Meditation retreat Burren Yoga Centre Ireland

We are very fortunate to have a very experienced yoga teacher David Muehsam vsit the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre on the west coast of Ireland again.

David is one of the few ashtanga yoga teachers to receive a written authorisation from the late Pattabhi Jois.

He has also extensive training in Iyengar yoga at the Itengar Institute in New York.

And also huge experience in the Bihar school of Yoga practices and teachings.

David's philosophy includes the belief that a yoga teacher should not have in their mind what they will teach, before the student enters the room.

The teacher should meet each student and as they get to know them, assess where they are at, what their strengths and weakenesses are, and then begin to teach them what they need at that particular time.

Full details of the workshop on the Burren Yoga and Meditation Website.

The centre is located on the west coast of Ireland and the course includes organised trips inot the amazihng unspoilt countryside of the west coast of Ireland.

Cost full board is €730 from Friday evening with dinner to the following Thursday at mid day.

July 3rd - 9th.

A great opportunity to spend 7 days practicing and learning yoga with the amazing David Muehsam from the States.

This course is suitable for those who have a little yoga experience, and also those who have a regular practice.

David is very experienced and is well used to looking after a group of very mixed abilities.
