Hi, I'm going to be spending 3 days in Manhattan. I'm thinking of doing some Bikram. I have been practicing for many years in Oakland. I have heart that the classes are VERY HOT. I can't always deal easily with my home studio, which is about 105.

does anyone have any advice/ I was thinking about the NYC Yoga studio on 7th ave..
They take reservations for classes, which is very new to me. They have 65 spaces, which is so different from my home studio where 20 people is a lot.

I highly recommend Bikram Yoga Manhattan (www.bikramyogamanhattan.com), which has 3 locations: Soho, Greenwich Village, and Chelsea. I've been going there for two years and can vouch for their amazing teachers. w00t.
